SparkPeople is now offering weekly motivation and support classes, to help you achieve your weight loss success. There are several classes, offered throughout the day (weekends too), with live online support, motivation, and help to reach your goals.

These meetings bring to life–at a time that’s convenient for you. Every week you’ll interact live online (via video, audio, and chat) with other SparkPeople members and leaders. The meetings include many of the elements of that you know and love, in a way that was never before possible! Together, we’ll offer support, share tips, celebrate our WooHoo! moments--and learn something new.
