Hi everyone. Have not posted for ages but am doing pre planning for my usual New Years resolution.

My new idea is that I should have my habits in place , starting now.. Eg I will get in the habit of tracking my food even if I am tracking really really off diet foods.

I will get in the habit of tracking and doing exercise, even if I only exercise by standing up and sitting down once during. a commercial. Well standing up once is on a really busy day. And applaud myself for doing it!! And track it.

I figure I should be setting up the habits I will need so that when I start on new year I won’t have the hassle of deAling with the above, they will be habits, I will just have to work with the food issues.
