Water is easy for me, I drink at least 8 glasses a day. I definitely don't workout 7 days a week, my goal is at least 5 (45 mins per day), need some recovery days in there. I will be starting some strength training this next week and I am not looking forward to squats!! I can hear my knees screaming already.

A couple other personal goals I have is to eat at least 6 servings of vegetables a day and to stay away from pop!!

I do try to enter the cups of water I drunk for the day.
And I try to hit at least 500 mins each month.

As for doing Zumba 7x per week, it really varies each day...sometimes I do Zumba, Dance Central, use my treadmill or go outside and ride my bike. I definitely don't work out 7x per week, its usually 4-5x a week.
Me and squats aren't friends (too hard on my knees). Lol

Hey Team!!!!!

I'm trying to get some insight about our team goals! I really just want to know if these are working for you....are they goals you actually track?

RIGHT NOW OUR TEAM GOALS ARE:
Drink 8 cups of water per day
Do 500 minutes of fitness activities per month
At least 30 mins of a Zumba Fitness game 1 workout 7 times per week
Squat 10 squats 3 times per week
Welcome 1 new member on the Introduce Yourself forum 2 times per week

If these goals aren't working....then we need to make some changes!!! emoticon

I want to add another goal for our team (and possibly delete some) to shoot for and track! I'd appreciate any ideas you have and let me know if you'd want to track it daily, weekly, etc.
