I zumba at least twice a week for 45 minutes each. Zumba fitness 2 is so much fun and has eliminated my excuse of not having a babysitter why I can't go to the gym.

After almost two years I decided this week to get off the couch and start over. I purchased Zumba Party last week, and have been doing the beginner for 20 minutes 1x everyday. I had a brilliant Epiphany to up the amount to two times a day yesterday. Today I could barely make it through 1x. Between the Zumba and walking 2 miles I think I am officially in muscle failure. Tomorrow might be a good day to rest.

Im just starting over again so I tire out easily!!!lol!!! I am doing Zumba at least 3-4 times a week for at least 10-15 minutes. After about 3 songs...Im pooped!!!

Right now I do one intermediate 20 min. workout followed by one expert 20 min. workout everyday except Sunday. Next week I will be doing the same but only Mon-Fri. Saturday I will try the 45 minute intermediate workout (#1 week one, #2 week two, etc) I am hoping that in a few weeks I can do the 45 minute workouts 2-3 times a week instead of the two 20 minute workouts.

I am thinking of adding strength training in about a month's time, maybe some P90X workouts.

New mom, new life, new goals.

I just got Zumba 2 (already had 1) and have been zumba-ing anywhere between twenty minutes to forty-five minutes each day. I also have EA active 1 and More... which I add on for further cardio as well as some strength training.

I do the Zumba beginner 20 minute workout, at least 3 times a week. I think tomorrow I'll try out the intermediate levels.

Right now I do the Zumba Dance Party 20 min beginner work out on Mon, 20 min intermediate workout on Wed. and the 45 min intermediate workout on Fri.

I LOVE zumba!!!! I go to class about 3 times a week for an hour. I love it so much my family gave me the Zumba 1&2 for Christmas. I have been trying to increase my workouts to 6 days a week but could not stick with it. I tried the game and fell in LOVE so I plan to do this in addition to the class. If I ever get bored I also have some kickboxing and other aerobic videos to fall back on. emoticon

Enjoy the journey.. it is a ride worth taking!

I'm like Kalista, I've noticed that I get bored with my workouts, so I have started to mix them up. I was doing Zumba 5x a week earlier this year, but now mix in other things - walking/jogging on the treadmill, playing dance games like Black Eyed Peas, or using Your Shape (another exercise video game). My goal is to get in some form of cardio 5 days a week.

I just got my game on Monday and I've done it everyday so far I love it. Usually I do kick boxing, but I'll probably change it up with Zumba and walking/jogging. I have work out add I get bored quickly:)
