I noticed more inches lost than weight, so I started judging more by how my clothes felt than what the scale said. Don't give up - it does work if you are consistent! :)

For the first few weeks of doing Zumba I didn't lose either. Who knows what the reasoning was, but I eventually started losing the weight. I think the important thing to remember is to focus on how you feel and how your clothes fit rather than on the number on the scale.

I have to believe that I will lose weight if I keep doing this. I am doing the Zumba 2 for Wii, which I just got and am trying to do it every day. I know that people have had great results with Zumba. I used to love when I could go to the classes....has anyone tracked their weight loss and noticed anything significant using the game?
