I was also getting frustrated because the cool down/warm up slow songs were not registering. I realized that it might make a difference to remove the Wii Motion plus accessory. I did that today, and received 5 stars in Zumba 2 for one of the slow songs. I feel dense for not thinking of it, but just wanted to share.

AYoung2011 is correct. If the Wii is not strap down into the pocket it will not register. I had the same problem at first.

It does make a difference how you put in the remote into belt. If its not facing out and up it won't register so I would check that first.

I haven't had this issue. Check to see if it can be calibrated as Nighshadesis suggested. Also, the prompt suggests that you place the remote in the belt with the letters facing out (not sure why). Is this how you are wearing your belt?

Can the Wii be calibrated? I never thought about whether that is an issue. Also be careful of where you put the sensor, how it is angled, and make sure nothing is blocking it. If you have the couch in front of the TV and a large space behind it, working out behind the couch will still get the workout, but it might block the signal.

I just got this and love it! The only thing I have noticed is that my technique never registers. It always says to shoot for 80% but I can not get it to go past zero. And believe me I am moving! Do you think maybe the sensor is not registering? It is registering for my other games so I don't think this is it. Anyone?
