Thanks so much Angela! Good idea! I will take it to Best Buy and talk to Geek Squad even though I bought it from Amazon.

Thanks again!
Christine

My partner is in IT and I asked her about this. She asked if you knew someone else with a wii and see if it works on someone else's machine. If it doesn't work there, then you know that the disk is messed up and you need a new one. You can probably take it to Best Buy and just tell them you bought it there (they won't ask for a receipt or anything) and their Geek Squad will put it in one of their machines and try it out for you. I bet you've been missing it, I hope you get it worked out soon! Good luck! ~Angela

I bought it a couple of months ago and love it, however, today, the disc can't be read. So, I looked at the manual to see what I can do to fix it. I cleaned it very carefully and shut the console off for a couple of minutes. Turned it back on and tried it again. Still, it can't be read. I even tried another disc - Wii Sports and it worked fine. Can anyone help?

Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks!
Christine
