Dr. gave me a few print-outs. You may be able to find something in google/youtube. One leg of mine is so bowed that it goes into ankle at an angle. Specialist said will have issues in trying to hold balance on it so stay near support during exercise.

Does your insurance allow a PT consult for specific exercises for you?

starting with chair exercises may help. I like to stay close to a chair or wall so if I start to lose my balance there is something to lean on.
