I tried Circumin, the active antiinflammatory ingredient in turmeric. It was too strong for me and I broke out in a rash. Before that I used to sprinkle ground turmeric in my eggs every day. Now I can't take much at all. So instead I have had to learn which foods are inflammatory to my body and avoid them. I am rarely in pain now. I have never tried CBD oil.

If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?

I've been using turmeric for several years and haven't noticed any great improvement. I'm going to finish what I have in stock and stop it for a while. Has anyone used the Quonoil (sp) turmeric? They claim it's more effective---at least that's what the ads say.

I have used turmeric as a tea but not really care for it that way. Until job my ends in mid 2019, I wont try the CBD. Will afterwards, though.

I use tumeric and find that weather doesn't cause as much pain. Have not tried CBD oil.
