Today my workout plan is step aerobics! I have not decided if I will do the traditional step or my step ramp. Wednesday is step day!

I had a change of plans. I did 20 minutes of walking at the mall and afterwards did a little shopping. Once I got home, I did not feel up to stepping. emoticon

I did the Spicy Latin Walk workout and 4 minutes of stretching. I also cleaned in the dining room, decluttering things in it. emoticon

I've been walking indoors today, playing with the dog. I took the dog for a walk. I plan to do weights, at some point. Hopefully, maybe a workout video. Maybe a Leslie video.

I "wogged" 2.3 miles last night - pushed myself a little farther on last night’s run – did two 0.3 mile intervals and another 0.25 mile interval with shorter walking between each set!

tried to get a quick walk in for lunch but started raining on us. So I will try again after work; or maybe I will just do my Gazelle and read.

I am a member at Planet Fitness now (for the past year) and am on a program designed by myself and one of their trainers. My next day on the 3 day a week program is upper body strength and 30 min cardio on the treadmill. I might also add their 12 minute ab circuit.

Faith is evidence of things unseen.
Faith is believing in things when common sense tells you not to.
