You can do it,. You may want to read some of the information on SP about belly fat since you want to target this area. It is sometimes difficult to work out alone, however if you find something that you really like you will most likely stick with it. I have been walking for years and then I join a water aerobics class at the local YMCA and I have increased my time from 2 days to 3 days because I love it. On the other days, I walk on my threadmill and read my kindle. This works for me. I hope you find a partner or something that you like well enough to do alone to get your weight to the level you want it to be, so far you have done well. emoticon You may want to check the message boards here to see if there is a member close to you that you may be able to work with. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have struggle for the longest time to try and get rid of some belly fat. I hate doing it alone. I started a workout class, but no one was motivated like I was and I eventually gave the class up. I try to Zumba at home everyday, but need some others to help me stay motivated. After I had my first and only child I was 160 lbs and have gotten down to 124, but would love to try to get down to 110 and lose my belly! emoticon
