Worked out this afternoon using Turbo Kick 101 and Turbo Jam Ab Jam. Recently became a TK instructor and working on memorizing routines to teach. It is a long process...hopefully it will pay off, and then I will make you all come and workout with me. :)

I had an awesome Sunday. I got in two workouts - a FIRM DVD with weights and a walk later on in the evening. Our doggies got a good workout too - we took them to the lake for a swim. I'm a little sore today, but that's a good thing. I've had 2 weeks in a row now where I got in 5 workouts a week - that has to be a new record for me. Working out is one of the areas where I really have trouble being consistent.

I also liked HLTHYETER's suggestion on a team get-together. That sounds like a lot of fun! I'm up for whatever the group decides would be the thing to do.

Good morning team members! I am a happy camper this morning - I lost one pound this week so I'm THRILLED the scale moved. I also had a good week with my water intake and other goals, and I did 10 pushups for 7 days straight - go me!!

I'm planning on a very healthy day today - hope everyone has a wonderful week!
