TGIF! I hope to get in a good workout at the gym today. Yesterday was a bust in that regard, but I did stay in a good calorie range. Hope everyone has a great weekend! BTW--lost two pounds this week.

I don't know about you all, but I'm really glad it's Friday! I did pretty good yesterday, ended up on the high side of my calorie range (1700) but STILL IN RANGE! We went out to eat at Ruby Tuesday and I had the crab cake dinner. Not much of a workout though - pretty much a 15 minute walk for the doggies and we called it a day. Need to try to get in some extra time tonight. Everyone have an awesome day!!!
