Good morning NWA--Oats for breakfast with a fresh peach, Chicken vegetable soup and sliced tomatoes for lunch, Chick-Fil-A grilled chicken sandwich and side salad for dinner, bing cherries for snack. Did 10 minutes of gardening and 60 minutes at the gym--combination cardio and strength.

Good morning! I did fine from an eating perspective yesterday, but I did not work out emoticon . It's been a very busy week at work, and last night was a little bit stressful at home. I will be back at it today though!
