I do a variety of cardio exercises -- I go to the gym and do Turbo Kick twice a week, which is an awesome class and you can burn loads of calories (I burn about 700 each class, and our instructor burns about 1000). I ride my bike and run outdoors when it is nice or hop on the treadmill when I need to burn some calories quickly. I also do Turbo Jam DVDs, which is the at-home version of Turbo Kick.

For strength training, I have been doing the ChaLean Extreme program, which is a 90-day weight lifting program. Can definitely tell I have more stamina because of the weight lifting.

I use my Wii Fit. I start out with three yoga poses to stretch and focus. Then I do three strength trainings. I always do jackknifes since I'm really needing to tone my tummy area the most. I rotate between single leg twist, single leg extensions, torso twists, and triceps extensions normally. I then move on to cardio. I do the advanced step, which just burns calories. I also do rhythm boxing (which I have gotten a lot better at) and I either do free step or free run for at least 10 min. I, also, walk to work and back home each day.

My usual workout consist of hill walking up and down a really steep hill near my house. When I was really into it I was doing a couple of miles every day minimum. I was easily burning 600+ calories a day doing it.

I've kinda been lazy the last 3 months and have only been going out maybe 2 or 3 times a week at the most. Starting to get back into things now that the weather is getting better though!

For strength exercises I was doing chin ups, push ups, reverse crunches and some "snatches" during my peak exercise time. Wish I would have kept them up, but have not been doing them either the last 3 months.

I also have a complete home gym I got last year that I really need to get into using for strength, but I'm just lazy I guess! :-)

I like jogging outside especially on nice days.
I hate doing crunches but am forcing myself to be consistant with that.

how do you eat an elephant?
