Got back on track last week and worked out five days -- am going to try ChaLean Extreme this year (I think) and plan to set up my garage to be more inviting for exercise.

Hey NWA, I am back on track, gained a little and getting back in the routine. First week of eating healthy has gone very well. Will weigh in tomorrow. I will start exercising this week. I worked a lot of overtime last week and was too exhausted to start.

I hate roll calls. Used to be on a list that would have one everyday.
This is not a roll call! I have been not on in a while. Computer has been slow. I hope everyone is doing okay. I had aslow start but now am in the swing of things. Not to repeat what is in my blog but bought a reflex ball and love it.
Hope everyone is getting motivated. Let this year be the one we all get healthy.
Sherry I think you arew ding good. You seem to have the right mebntal attitude. Hang in there. We can do this together!
