Ugh, this last week just plain sucked, pardon my language. For the first time, my work hosted an online webinar for safety training. It was my project, and we had some hurdles with the sound quality prior to the event, but overall it went OK. A lot of worrying in my sleep though. On top of that, I had a final on Friday, so the days were filled with worry and the evenings full of cramming. BUT it is over! The webinar came out find, and I think I maintained my A.

The sacrifice was I did not exercise once last week, which is pretty rare for me to take that long of a break, but I just couldn't squeeze it in. I will start fresh tomorrow though...

This has been a very challenging week for me in the areas of work and food.
A lot of rearranging at work. I am doing jobs I have not done in a long time and the jobs that I am good at I am having to train temps to do. It is all a restructuring thing.
Exercise was challenging because of getting up spo early and a couple times this week the alarm was set but did not go off. We ended up buying a new alarm clock.
Did mostly well with healthy eating but toward end of week it slumped off. Did not pack enough snacks for work.
So how did your week go?
