I've read parts of it. You can get it from the library at least they have it in Springdale. Its alot of the same information in it but like you I do get a boost from reading health related books. Enjoy it! :) I know I need to read something to get me back on track since Thanksgiving!

I have to remember to stop and think.

Never heard of it till now...

Looks like a bunch of good information and 25 minute workouts...

Got very good reviews!

The only negative thing was it had a lot of basic stuff in it, but unless your a fitness guru all the information sounds like it would be great to learn.

Have any of you read Jillian Michael's book? Any opinions? I am thinking about buying it. Reading keeps me motivated and I am needing a boost.
