I'm feeling so much better than I had in weeks. I know I still have to give myself time to fully recover BUT I did get some cardio in for myself and the team. I feel so much better having that done and out of the way. My plan is to get up in the morning and get some more before school starts. I have to do it then because it won't feel like doing it after AWANA tomorrow night. I know myself to well. NOW its just getting my booty up in the morning is the issue. To head off that problem I'll be scooting off to bed about 10:30. That is early for me but it will give me a good start not to have the excuse of not sleeping enough. Its time to get to my goal this month. I can still make the 1200 minutes of cardio if I put my mind to it AND help the team achieve the 15,000 min goal for cardio!

Lets get to it NWA! WE ROCK!
