Don't really have a favorite but I like walking because it's low impact. I also do a video now and then or use exercise equipment.

My favorite form of exercise is dancing, especially couple dancing like waltzing, swing, etc. BUT, my back has been down and out for a few days, and my chiropractor says walking is not good for it, either. So, I will be swimming more by default than love, but I've got to get a healthy back so I can get to a healthy weight. :)

I'm learning to like walking. I have plans (hopefully) to start hiking with my brother after the kids start back to school. That gives me 30+ days to get into better shape so I will be ready to go on hikes.

I really enjoy "playing" like racquetball & wallyball, but at the gym I get the most "bang for my buck" doing the treadmill. I LOVE swimming, but can only do that first thing in the morning as I can't stand the pool at our gym in the evenings. My very favorite is going on a long hike!

Favorite or Frequent? My most frequent form of exercise right now is work. Weed eating and push mowing. I weedeat almost everyday of the week. I push mow about 3-4 times a week. Outside of work I love to hike/walk. I do that almost daily. I have a new found love for the treadmill at home. I also like to do some exercise tapes like step aerobics, tae bo and yoga. As for the gym? I really like the elliptical, stair master and bike. The treadmill there is my last choice only because I have one at home.

I have to remember to stop and think.

This is my downfall. I don't really exercise. I keep saying I am going to go on walks with the kids, but never seem to do it. I bought an exercise DVD and have used it once...Gotta start doing it, I know.
