Congrats on winning the Biggest Loser last week. Yeah you! You'll knock yourself out of your plateau with all of that exercise you get. :) Keep it up girl! ;)

I won the biggest loser for last week on another team challenge! Yeah! I was really surprised but it felt good! I won't this week...hello plateau!! LOL! Oh well...it'll pick back up soon. I really hope I can do my 5K training tomorrow. If not, I will do some low-impact aerobics.

I know all about those aches & pains that try to slow you down (both physically & mentally) That stinkin sprained ankle from almost 2 years ago is flaring up again after last night's BAM class (a toning class at our gym)... why, oh why, must we stand on one leg to do weight lifting is beyond me, but we did & now it's swollen & painful! BUT not painful enough to not play racquetball at lunch today & play AWESOME (I might add!!) So while these little thing TRY to set us back, we simply have to be STRONGER than they are and keep pushing ourselves to be better & thinner! We can do it, girls!

Oh Tammy, we all have our days/moments. My oldest daughter brought over pulled pork BBQ last night because she made it herself and wanted us to try it....mmmmm...it was really good, do you know how many calories that stuff has???? But I ate it anyway because she made it. And the other day she brought me a wedding cake sample to try..(she knows I'm dieting)...did I try it, oh yeah! It was good too, especially the icing!! LOL!

I think it's great to set mini-goals, you're doing great girl! It's okay to slip off the plan too, just get back in gear and you'll be buying that new suit before you know it. I can't wait till my suit gets too loose and I need a new one, but it probably won't be this year...definitely by next year though!

I'm glad that your not letting those things get in your way. Just be careful with those knees girl!

My Whine for the week.....This morning while I was squeezing myself into my levis I felt like a stuffed sausage. I was having one of those hormonal moments. I'm bloated because its near TOM and very emotional. I made a great choice for breakfast but for lunch I had a mushroom swiss burger at Penguin Ed's. I'm thinking if I even it all out with a really light dinner I might be able to salvage something. I know I'm a baby today. Wah Wah Wah.......whiner extraordinaire for some reason but I should be able to shake it off soon enough and get back to basics. OH I also had to work on flower beds today and YUCK I can't stand that! LOL ok I think I am done complaining. Its nice that its a beautiful day out. :)

I'm still working on my goal for the summer still. I have a cute swimsuit to wear until its too big for me then I should be able to go shopping when the swimsuits are on sale. I have to set mini goals to attain to keep me on the path. First things first....PLAN my meals again but do not eat the same thing all the time. That is why I went off of my plan in the first place. Too much of the same thing.

U just stay on track with your 5k training. I'm so proud of how commited you are. It inspires me to make more of an effort when it comes to my health and physical fitness.

I have to remember to stop and think.

Okay, I feel silly. I have on a ankle/foot wrap on my left foot, I have new heel/arch supports in my shoes and I have a knee brace on my right leg for Osgood-Schlatter's Disease. I look like I'm falling apart...but I feel great inside!! LOL! The foot should heel up good, I need to not wear flip-flops so long. And the knee, well I grew up with that problem but it only gives me trouble when I run, so 5K training is causing it to act up again. I think I can keep it in control as long as I rest in between and wear the brace for it. I will NOT let these things keep me from my goal!

Hope you all are aiming for your goals too! Swimsuit season is around the corner you know!?
