I haven't been doing the bootcamp exercises at all. I've been trying to get in at least 45 minutes of cardio everyday, but most days I get more than that.

Okay Bootcampers...Paula and Sarah I know are in this...did you do the core workout last week? My stomach muscles and rib area...OUCH. I was so sore the next day (or 2). I'm going to do it again because obviously I need it, like you didn't notice? LOL! Good Luck to you all, get your minutes in so you'll qualify for the big prize!

That's great, I only pulled 215 minutes this week. I can do better next week! I will set a goal of 300 minutes! Tomorrow Coach Nicole will be sending out a email to the first 10 winners! I think it's just random. Maybe you will win something!

I just checked my minutes of cardio for the first full week of this & I've got 430 minutes!!!! WAHOOO, I'm pumped!

So, the Swimsuit Bootcamp officially started Sunday, May 4 - Who all joined?

I know Jana & I both did.

I find the Bootcamp site just way too busy to post there very often. If anyone else feels this week, I suggest we keep a running total of how many exercise minutes we have so far for the month here!

Go to your Fitness tracker & look at your weekly total, then post it here.

So far I have 220

Hey gang, did you all see this? I didn't discover it till yesterday. It's Today's Feature if you are interested.
