Today I did strength training on my upper and lower body and 10 fast minutes on the stationary bike. I hope to add a few more minutes of bike time tonight while watching tv.(that is if my G-Ball order doesn't come in)

My the sun shine bright and warm on your face.....just as you jump into the water!

Today I did 30 minutes on the stair stepper & 20 minutes on the treadmill @ 5^ incline!!
