I am not much of a smoothie maker but I tried this and it was pretty good. (I don't prefer the chopped ice type smoothies)

1 banana (or change the fruit)
8 oz fat free vanilla yogurt
8 oz fat free milk
1/2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Mix all ingedients in blender and enjoy!
Makes 2 servings, and 1 serving is 207 calories.
