I have a book on planting a garden in containers somewhere? I'm going thru my stuff right now so if I find it I can get it to you if you want to look at it.
I planted a garden last year but it was my first so I don;t know alot about it. SOme of the stuff grew, the watermelons drawled while the cucumbers and squash grew like crazy. I'm hoping to have a better year so I can have tomatoes, peppers and onions.....that would be awesome!
I'v heard that the plants that are not hybrid grow faster and better BUT I do not know if that is true or not. Good Luck and maybe we can help eachother learn as we get into this.

I have to remember to stop and think.

I'm going to have my father-in-law & brother-in-law make me a couple of planters (7'long x 2.5' tall x 3' across the top opening, so pretty large). I have a pretty long list of items I'd like to plant, but don't know much about gardening. I have 9 items I would like to grow! Can any of you give me tips/tricks?
