With an absolutely gorgeous day, extremely sunny and mid 60F temperature, stretched the walk to 5 miles today, then did 20 minutes of strength training. Exercising comes much easier with warmer weather.

Yup. I work lots of overtime, have 3 active kids, and do my best to cook healthy meals most nights, and keep a relatively clean house. But I still make time for P90X everyday. Most are 1-2hours per day, but I feel so much better after! Sometimes my kids do it with me too.

Today I did 45mins of Cardio X...it's my rest day.

I keep a resistance band in my cubicle at work. I can hide around one wall relatively out of sight and work in a set of bicep curls or tricep rows or shoulder raises when I get a few minutes. It's not much, but it's *something* on days when I can't get an extended period to exercise.

2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.

I can't do it alone. But I don't have to.

...I would so much love to work out! But the year has started already with so much work that I absolutely cannot find the time to do so. This is really frustrating! The work in my projects is piling up and I am happy for every hour I can save for myself or to do the housework....which also seems to be piling up.

How are things in your workinggroups?
