I can relate to many of the previous comments. I need to go through clothing: shoes, bags, t-shirts, sweatshirts, pajamas, etc. Also could reduce my books. Stationary/office supplies have also been an issue in the past. Recently working to use these up.

Office/School supplies!
I don't know what it is, but myself and my husband love them. With my cubs becoming young adults and not needing "school supplies" as much, it should get better (hee hee). But if you need anything, I'm sure we have it... hee hee.

Books were always my thing, too. Last year I downsized because of a move. Gave away anything that wasn't terribly sentimental or wasn't being used on an almost daily basis...books, clothes, dishes, CD's, plants..... even a lot of photos went to my grown kids. Life is so much simpler....Don't miss anything.

I have too many Thity-One bags, totes and purses. My best friend was a consultant, so I ordered pretty frequently from her. I have taken some to the consignment shop and made a few dollars back. Goodwill has gotten some too.

I also have a book problem. So many books to read and I keep getting more. I get most/all my fiction at the library, on my kindle or through Audible, but the non-fiction I get mostly on Amazon or Christianbook.com so my collection keeps growing. I did recently go through my bookcases and set aside a large box to donate to the library sale.

I recently purchased 2 new pair of especially easy on, comfortable walking shoes and I have a couple pair of nice boots for cold weather. That's it. I have 1 purse I currently carry and 1 stored as a backup when needed. No make up.

On TV shows I always see women who have lots of shoes or purses -- or lots of makeup. Do you have lots of shoes/purses/makeup?

I don't have a lot of shoes - last summer I bought two new pairs of shoes so now I have 5 pairs of shoes and my winter boots. Oh, and an old pair of shoes that I use in the garden, so 6 pairs of shoes. I have one nice leather purse for special occasions and a cheap but indestructible little purse that I carry all the time, in addition to a couple of casual tote bags for a day at the beach etc. I used to have purses for different seasons but didn't have a good place to store them so I donated them a few years ago.

I stopped trying to wear makeup decades ago - every brand I tried made my face 'break out' so I just stopped. I don't even own a lipstick anymore.

I do have more clothes than I really need - some are sizes that I hope to shrink back into. I have one pair of size 14 pants that I'd love to get 'down' to fit into again. The thing I have the most of is t-shirts and I don't wear very many of them so they can be 'released' I think. I plan to go through my closet again this spring and downsize even more.

'Books' is probably my biggest category - I've been slowly downsizing my book collection over the last 4 years - I've decluttered and given away 7 bookcases full of books (and I got rid of the bookcases so I wouldn't fill them up again). My goal is to get down to a total of 6 bookcases, so I have one more to finish (along with the stack of books that 'lives' beside my bed) and then re-evaluate if I can get rid of more.

A lot of my books are 'aspirational clutter' - books about topics that I hope to 'get into' someday (like raising chickens or vegetable gardening that I don't have space for at our current home but maybe our next home we'll have room in the yard).

What do you have a lot of?
