I use OneNote for my bills. However, I recently found Asana and like it for tracking projects and activities. It sends you daily reminders for whatís coming up. Just be sure to download the free version and not the one you have to pay for.

@ANNEMARGAR - Make sure you do a web search for "Udemy Reviews" before you get too involved. Good luck with learning!

Thank you all for your replies. I started a new job recently and there is so much information to learn. Iíve started using OneNote to keep project notes, keep track of to-dos and e-mails to read. It has been difficult finding resources to learn OneNote, but I just think I found a resource through Udemy.com.

I use one note every day at work. I like it and have started using it at home. It's a great way to have things you need right at your fingertips, immediately you need them.

We use Wunderlist primarily for shopping lists that are always up to date, but I think it does much more. Don't know if it matches OneNote for functionality, but it's an option for that sort of thing and there's a free version as well. It's also owned now by Microsoft. OneNote looked like a new learning curve for us to climb but if you're already familiar with it I'd say go with what you know.

Here's a link. I don't know the date of the comparison:

I'm not familiar with it. I'm still using a wall calendar for appointments and writing pad for my lists.

Yes, I use ColorNote and M calendar on my android phone. Can't live without it. From shopping lists, to-do lists, things to remember, look up, projects, etc it's great!

Hello SparkTeam! I just started a new job and they use Microsoft OneNote. I just realized that this may be an excellent way to organize my life - to have my documents, journal and to-dos all in one place. Has anyone used an online tool to organize their life - OneNote, Evernote, etc.? What do you see as the pros and cons? Thanks so much for any advice you can share.
