Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Keep trying - you CAN do it - believe in yourself!

"Keep trying" is the rule that must be followed to be successful at anything.

Your success will always be connected with your actions. Just keep moving towards your goal.

You'll make mistakes but don't ever quit. You may even have to hang on after others have let go.

Persistence means taking pains to overcome every obstacle, to do all that's necessary to reach your goal. In the end, the only people who fail are those that do not try.

Your future is a big adventure. Just remember, all great achievement takes time.

Rays Notes:

Try try try again... don't give up... you can do it! If you want it bad enough you'll get it!... These aren't just words, they're actually positive statements that trigger responses towards positive thinking, positive learning and positive actions!
Are you feeling motivated today. I know I am... and by re-affirming to myself that "I can do this" means I have a goal to work towards! I know I'll achieve my goals because I want it that bad! I won't give up because if I do, all of the work that I have done so far will have been a wasted effort and a waste of my time! (Maybe even a waste of my life if I were to let it go too far) Nope I must start out fresh every day! I must keep on telling myself that Today is my day to get ahead! Today I'll achieve my goals, Today I will succeed and rise to higher levels because I want to reach higher! I want to do better than yesterday!I want it "THAT BAD"!

How bad do you want to succeed? I realize for some it's harder than others but even doing a little is better than doing nothing, sticking to your lifestyle becomes easier when you shape your habits around your lifestyle.

Choice... TV or Walk, workout or staying idol, eating good nutritious food or snacking on junk food?

How bad do you want to lose weight and get back into shape? How bad do you want your health back? How long before you decide to permanently change your lifestyles? Diets don't work because when you go off of the diet you gain it all back! Lifestyle changes mean, proper nutrition, proper exercise and active lifestyle, and working on reducing the stress level in your life. It'll bring back your health and vitality! It will give you a feeling of great accomplishment (Not to mention you'll look great!)

That's why every day I dig deep... striving to do better, concentrating on what I eat, trying not to slip up... exercising to get fit and be healthy!

I will achieve my goals, I will go beyond my goals, I will learn more each day and my life will get better daily! I want it that bad!

I do it because I'm worth it!

Are you ready for your lifestyle change... or are you ready to fine tune your lifestyle to make your life even better?

I know that If you want it bad enough ... you'll get it! I know you can do it!

I've seen it happen on all of the teams that I'm on!
Success after success, pound after pound, Small steps... one after the other, people helping people!

Goals are being met and people are getting healthy... why... because they want it bad enough to work for it!

Anything worth having is worth working for...and...
You're worth it! Don't ever forget that!
