Those are awesome goals, and that motivates me to add my goals.

emoticon I also need to increase my water intake. I drink tea twice a day, but need to concentrate on water.

emoticon Track my food/ exercise again- consistently!!

emoticon Just hit my limit for physical therapy, insurance has cut off the coverage. So I need to continue those, add strength, and be more consistent at water aerobics.

That new binder is a great idea! Things should slow down now that the events I was involved with are over. Now to focus on my health and my house.

Still lots of goals and things to do! So much is out of my hands I'm left to just pray that things will fall into place. So my short term goals for the rest of November are to:

emoticon Start work on my goals binder for 2019. I've never done anything like this binder! Really digging down deep into what my main goals truly are, cultivating a plan, and working it through the year, I can't wait!

emoticon Get my daily water in! I'm dehydrated! I don't know how much but I'll find out on Wednesday when I see my regular doc for a follow up from the hospital.

emoticon Get walking and strength training! I have not been, I need to get back to it, emoticon

Thinking of my current goals, I have so many! Here are a few for this week and I will update for September later:

emoticon Find out what is going on with YDD, why she is throwing up so much and if it is anxiety or medical.

emoticon Get my root canal done

emoticon Buy what I need for my dog for next week, she gets to start going out in public!!

I hope it's going well! My goals are checking things off my to do list, purging just a bit, and eating less refined sugars and more salads. Eating cleaner.

This week I'm going work out 3x a day, in 10 minute intervals, I'm supposed to be getting 30 minutes of walking in a day. Plus I'm going to try some body weight exercises for the core, legs and arms. I want to get in at least a little better shape before surgery if at all possible!

This week I have three breakfast dates, two church breakfasts and one with several friends, so my challenge will be to make wise choices..no water classes, so need to get some workouts in.

That's great!

I'm quitting caffeine altogether, I don't have to till the last 30 days, but I think it is better to start now.

So this week my goals are to stick to my meal plan and quit caffeine

My husband has switched to tea instead of coffee and only has one cup of coffee per day. Tea has less caffeine, and green or red has less caffeine than black.

Oh goodness! I hope your workday today is much shorter!

My new short term goal is to have no more caffeine. I made a pot of coffee this morning. I think I'm going to have to get up early (not too early) and do my physical therapy workout before I wake the kids up and pray that wakes me up! I've been so tired, and I know it's from not as much caffeine as usual, if any.

Yesterday was very hectic, and a longer work day than I had hoped. When I sat down to eat supper I fell asleep, and so did DH! Today I hope to work fewer hours, get my allergy shot, and visit Dan's Dad. We don't get over there often enough, he has Alzheimer's and it's hard to visit. His daughters were able to clean up his house, but he needed an exterminator. I need to stop by more often after work or on my days off, and visit my parents as well. Back to water class three times a week before work. Looking forward to retirement in a year or two.

NIFTY! Can't wait to hear about all that stuff! Hope your test goes well! Will be praying for you!

My short term goals for this week depend on physical therapy on Tuesday. I want to try to lose 2 pounds, but that is if I can work out. I may be able to do so with just food, but exercise will help.

Main goal this week is to stay away from all caffeine. I could probably have it a few more days, but I need to stop so may as well do so now.

Next week going to try Aswanagha powder, supposed to be really good for you and relieves stress as well. Next week I need to get blood tested again for new meds combo for cholesterol. Pray my sugar #'s and cholesterol#'s are good. Drinking a shot of apple cider vinegar in the morning as well. Going to try Macha as well. Trying to eat less sweets. Next week making date nut bars for sweet snacks. Researching adaptigens. Supposedly the things in Isogenix shakes.

I did buy a brace, any time I going to be doing stairs I use it. Or walking quite a bit. It helps, but I don't like the restrictiveness of it. But I'll keep using it till I have PT on Tuesday and see what they say.

This upcoming week I want to clean up the kitchen and clean up my act, lol. No more caffeine or excess sugar. I can do this, must get ready for surgery!

Have you tried a brace? It was about 50, but it supported my knee enough to give me stability so it wouldn't give out on me. I wore it about a week and a half. It helped me, but then I had bursitis according to my Chiropractor.

Well 10 minutes didn't work out since I hurt my knee. Striving to stay moving while not hurting the knee any worse.

My goal for the rest of this week is to have a good time to visit Grandma and the Aunts.

Hope you heal quickly!

Derailed too, lower back injury and knee is giving out on me. So I'm stuck sitting and trying to catch up on computer stuff and crochet.

My goal for this week is now to take it easy and take care of me.

Daphne, Good to see you! don't overdo it if your back is talking back to you! I pulled a muscle in my lower back a month or two ago and that was awful!

My short term goals for the next week:

Get surgery scheduled and buy meal replacements!! emoticon

work out at least 10 minutes a day, start a spark streek!

reach my goal of 6K steps a day!

Do 15 minutes of decluttering every day.

Not much, just short thing that will make a big difference in the long run.

Having been overwhelmed with work, long commutes and treasurer responsibilities. I am grateful to have a few days uninhibited. My short term goals are to continue to mark off things on my to do list. Spending 30 minutes to 2 hours a day to get yard work done. I may need to get some help, my back is talking back, Some mending is getting done, put the bookcase together, some letters to write. It just feels good as I check off the completions, even though I continue to add others.

Happy New Year!!! emoticon emoticon

Goals this week are to attend water class and add in a workout video or ride the stationary bike in the afternoon. I also am updating notes in the church office as I am retiring in a couple years or less (depending on when DH has hand surgeries and retires). The other secretary retired Friday so I am making sure everything is updated for the person who takes over.
