I also play with my baby, Maximus, who is now just a little over 10 mths old. I read to him and play with him. It is great! :)

When I am bored I clean the house, try to exercise a little bit more, watch a good movie, read a good book, or call my friends or family members. :)

I know how that is. but not bored much.. i always find things to do.. and i plan in advance.. walk or clean house.. clean garage or yard.. always something to do

Wow, lots of great ideas. I have a problem with nighttime eating, too. I make jewellry, clean out a closet or cupboard, play in the garden (weather permitting), read, or play on my computer.

When I'm bored I do one of the following:
* clean out a drawer in my kitchen or bedroom!
* throw in a load of washing... even dishclothes will do!
* write in my journal - pre-plan some meals for the next day...
*clean out my message inbox on my mobile (it takes a while and you need two hands!)
* look at an episode or two of biggest loser finals that i have saved on my hdd...(very motivating!)

Try painting your nails. While they dry you avoid eating. Or try scrapbooking. You could even make a pictorial record of all your success.

I learn how to knit to help me at night not to eat. It helps a lot, but not all ways. I am trying to read more books too, because when I read I forget to eat.

I have found visiting Spark in the evening has helped me a lot because too busy reading and writing. I also love to garden, if I had a garden, knit, cross stitch, and just about anything along that line.

So my biggest hurdle to get over right now is when I am bored I eat! I need to find some way to get out of it. I feel so bad after I eat something I know I shouldn't and then that makes me want to eat more!!
What are some good tips to get over the bored eating?
