I also have this problem. I have arthritis throughout my body. Master likes me on the floor a lot of times during sex, but not even a few minutes in I am crying from the pain. I was thinking of a pillow or something?

well I meant a general exercise for your legs and knees as well I guess. I would love to kneel for hours before my Mistress, so something should help. The pain isn't really my knees persay, but my slow circulation putting my legs to sleep.

Kneepads aren't a bad idea.

I just remembered my mothers advice once when I was having a lot of pain in my knees & having trouble even going up & down stairs. She & my sister-in-law had the same problems until they took a supplement called "Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM 1,300 mg" daily, for a few weeks. It WORKED and whenever my knees start feeling that "crunch" when they bend I start back on the supplements and it always helps.

Maybe that would work for you?

People that working in a profession that requires a lot of kneeling (like carpet laying) use knee pads. If they don't by the time they are in their thirty's they have some real problems with their knees but they are on their knees for 6 hours a day.(So you are probably safe from serious injury) I have never heard from them of anything else that works besides padding.

Good luck finding an answer if you find one let us in on the secret.

Hmm I haven't heard of any particular exercise tho my stepson swears that deep stretching helps him kneel for long periods of time in his dojo.

Of course, he's Mr. Fitness and believes that a person should stretch 40 mins both before AND after a hard workout.... Ummmm who has that kind of time??!! lol

I for one enjoy kneeling before my Mistress, as I am sure most of you would do for your betters. The problem is I can't really kneel for long.. I was wondering if there is any workout that would improve this.
