Health wise, I am in wait and see mode until my next scan in September. I HATE wait and see mode. I've been in this limbo state since November and things just seem to be getting worse on the scans.

I'm doing pretty good. I'm waiting for a package of red balloons in the mail from the local LLS. I plan on giving these to the local fruit/veggie store and butcher we go to to to see if they'll sell them for $1 each.

Then I need to start advertizing in the local Jazzercise community about the team we put together for the Light the Night fundraiser event in September.

in between, we are praying the Nana makes it until June (and feels well enough) to attend our wedding.

Anemia has hit ~ BIG TIME! Heart is racing.....Dr. has taken me off all exercise until we can find a suitable solution to the anemia. "Watch and Wait" has me waiting on the sofa right now.

Weight loss continues, tho' I think this might just be "Cancer Loss" not intentional loss.

Back to the Clinic on Tuesday for Blood Work, CT scan, and meet with the PA. Hopefully, she has a solution for me.

Looks like I'll take my 1st chemo on the 22nd.

I'm back logging my fitness minutes, after being absent from SparkPeople for a while.
I did a full workout today, after slacking off several days this week.

60 minutes strength training
10 minutes cardio
10 minutes stretching

45 minutes aerobic
50 minutes strength training
10 minutes stretching

Today I concentrated on my back exercises, but also worked in some aerobic.
55 minutes strength training
15 minutes aerobic
10 minutes stretching

I'm glad you are making healthy choices, and I hope your checkup in March is positive.

After taking 3 days off, I got back to work on fitness this morning.

Sticking to healthy choices and walking usually once a day (1-2 miles). Started drinking green tea this week after reading a Mayo Clinic article on effect of green tea on CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia). Pounds are falling off (in a good way).

I now have a "diet buddy" which usually involves texting alot ("what healthy choices did you make for dinner" "how much did you walk today").

Leukemia is still "watch and wait" status. I return to my oncologist in March for a check up.

I'm still working on strength and cardio exercising. I try to stay in my calorie range and usually end up slightly over, but my choices are nutritious! Anyway, I'm not losing any weight right now, but I'm feeling much better, stronger, and in less pain (scoliosis related).

How are you doing?
