My plan is in the process of getting created. I just signed up to participate in my 14th Team in Training event in August. Another triathlon.

This will be my 14th event for team in training, raising money for the leukemia and lymphoma society.

Good luck with the training, Stardust! I dropped off my plan for 5 days and boy did my back and hip hurt from my scoliosis :(

I've exercised 2 days in a row and feel better already!

Well I'm planning to put everything into getting ready for my first marathon on March 20th, in Rome! Going with Team in training. and also to get enough sleep while still staying ontop of my 5 college classes =P should be an interesting 4 months lol

Now that I made it through the holidays, I'm more motivated to work on strength training and aerobic exercise. I started the 28-Day Challenge to help me stay motivated.

What are your health and fitness plans for the new year?
