I like any of her bean soups with vegetables, and enjoyed her black bean burgers made with sweet potato... the taste was a little spicy and sweet.

I am just getting started and have the book with recipes. I liked the designer bowl with rice and beans. I had it twice this week. Before I officially began the fast I was doing most of it while I got off caffeine. More tired- didn't realize how much the caffeine affected me.
can you post a favorite recipe?

Have done that as well...

Have a choice of 2 breakfasts.....Rice cake with peanut butter & Banana or Muesli & fruit..

Lunch......vegetable wrap...
Dinner....have some vege burgers with salad Or beans salad/vegs & rice

If I plan ahead for meals, I will less likely snack. Although if I do snack, it will be acceptable to the Daniel Fast guidelines. Since the purpose of fasting is to deny yourself and spend more time with God, I will only snack according to a serving size to satisfy my hunger, such as, fruits and/or veggies and hummus or Crunchmaster multi-grain gluten free 5-seed crackers with 0 grams sugars that I found at Sam's store.
