On the sparks points page near the bottom just above your log in points is something called sparks secrets ... go there and there is a section on plateaus...
I have been is same place as you and I tried the 200 calories more one day and 300 less the next day... also took up a new exercise.... ] look under breaking a plateau lots of ideas..

Hmmm ... have your eating and fitness both been on track? If so you could try actually increasing your calories for a week, and then decreasing them again - that sometimes works. You could also try increasing fiber or decreasing salt ... or upping your water intake.

I have been going btw wts of 199, 201, 200lb in the last three weeks. What can I do to get my metabolism going? I am wondering what I am doing wrong.
