Hi every one hope you are all well ! we have a massive Cyclone coming in to Queensland ... will hit at approx 10pm tonight .. we have had mass evauations going on ... please send any of your sparkies friends that may live up that way your best wishes and hopes they are all well ... thank you ..

The base of the Mediterranean Pyramid is physical activity. This is a personal challenge designed to help TMW achieve a more active life style. You will be competing against yourself.
