Thanks. This is actually a good outline of some key points.

Most are good/great but I think the person who wrote this should have changed the "Dinner" one to change focus slightly to emphasize the spreading calories throughout the day more strongly.

The one that most people get tripped up and shocked by is the "foods" one. With my mother's extensive training in nutrition, I knew much about the food traps but still have uncovered many other tidbits on my own from bouts of scrutinizing food labels. I can definitely get on a roll discussing why/how, on an item by item basis, "low fat" is significantly better than "no fat" most of the time.... but this article did a good job at pointing that out.

I'm going to forward this link to a dear friend and her two sisters. Thanks again for the link.
