My furniture is in place and stays there. I like it that way and the furniture would not fit elsewhere in our home.

Jackie I'm a Halloween baby but many years ago.

5'1.5" - I shrunk from 5'4"
Summer: Minesota
Winter: Arizona (as of Dec. '08)

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of March 2017. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2017 to be back to below 155.

When I was teaching, I turned my desks to face a different wall every month - 9 times a year.
Some of my students complained that I moved furniture "All the time!"

About 5 or 6 years ago just before I had surgery for the hole in the macula if my left eye. We had to get a massage chair in here so I could keep my face down when I sat up.

I need to move some around in the living room again, but have to be able to cover the damages on the good recliner before I can pull it out of the corner (It's heavy to move and it is comfortable to sit in and lay in).

A few months ago I painted the master bedroom, so I rearranged my bedroom to make it look bigger. My son said I gave it more real estate. LOL

My mom used to rearrange the living room furniture ALL the time. The living room was a wonky shape and configuring it was a nightmare. But I always thought it was funny when I came home from school and the living room was different. =)

I hate moving furniture. Usually only rearrange if I get something new.

I'm a MOVER.
Husband likes things to stay in place. (How can he STAND that??? lol)

Luckily for me, we are still fixing up our house, so things get moved around pretty often. It looks like the living room (redone in Feb) is absolutely perfect, so I don't see myself needing to rearrange that. (NUTS).

I do like to rearrange my front porch. You can always find cool things to do with a spot like that.

In addition to all that, since bringing some things into the house from my parents' home, there needed a LOT of arranging. :)

And we all lived happily ever after...

Moved some things around in the family room a few months ago. Other than that only move furniture to clean same arrangement as when we moved here 8 years ago.

Last summer, I painted my master bedroom, hall, and bath - after we ripped out the carpet and had tile laid.

That whole process took much longer than it should have, but I really like the way it turned out. Then this summer, we moved an easy chair and a rug into that bedroom, which also involved moving quite a bit of furniture.

The way my house is laid out, I have 6 outside doors, 2 fireplaces, a window seat, open-plan kitchen and living room, so it is very limiting on what furniture arrangements can work...

When was the last time you rearranged any of your furniture? (tv trays don't count; if anyone has those)
