Black Raspberry filled donut. No, I would not feel guilty!
I had them growing up because the bakery delivered to our country store. Once I moved into town I would stop weekly for them. They went out of business about ten years ago. emoticon

Oh... I *did* get Diabetes, but I also got rid of it. I have a pretty strong incentive to never go near a Sbarro or Cinnabon again.

That is a lot of calories for sure. Glad you're still with us. The pizza itself would be my total for a day. As a teenager I could have eaten all of that and not blinked an eye at it. LOL
NITEMAN, glad you didn't get diabetes and glad you didn't lapse into a coma.

The pizza or stromboli total would be very roughly between 1400 and 1800 calories and two Cinnabon classics are 1800 for a total meal of around 3500 calories. It's a wonder I didn't lapse into a coma?

PS - I've been hooked on diet cola for many years, so that was probably the beverage for the pizza part with coffee for the dessert part.

I've smelled Cinnabons and that was enough for me. LOL Those things must be very sweet. What did you have to drink?
Out of curiosity, what would the calories of that be?

STRNGNGRNDED, we used to stop at one place that was a kind of food court that had both a Sbarro *and* a Cinnabon. I would get three slices of pizza or a couple stromboli and a couple Cinnabon originals. I wonder how I ever ended up Diabetic?

My big guilty pleasure, which unfortunately I keep getting into, is ice cream. Or especially sherbet like raspberry sherbet. The sherbet leaves a flavor in my mouth that makes me want more.

Randy, does your German bakery there have butter kuchen? Sorry, I don't know how to spell the German butter. We used to get it from a bakery here all the time, but after they sold no one anywhere knew how to make it. It was a kind of almond coffee cake, but I guess was more moist than most of the coffee cakes.

I've never had S'barro. For that matter I haven't had a typical pizza in over 11 years. Wow.

I think my pleasure would be neapolitan pastry. Another food I haven't had in ages.

Mmm! S'barro is AWESOME. I was aghast when I had it last year and looked up the calories. OOOOOOOPS.

I don't really have a guilty pleasure, since I allow myself to eat pretty much whatever, within some serious self-control.

If you could have a guilty pleasure and it not affect and would not gain weight, what would it be? (and would it still be a pleasure?)
