I try to stick to 100 cals for 5 meals a day (and more for my big meal which is at supper time, my supper time is around 5:00) If I'm not hungry or forget and it is too close to have another 100 cals I'll skip it.

Problem is when I wake during the night - I mean wide awake after midnight - I have it in my head that I need a snack then will be able to get back to sleep, so I'll probably have a graham cracker or sf Walmart jello - just to get it out of my head and go back to bed usually does it.

Another problem is when we are out and get a bite to eat. It is snack time but a bite to eat out is never 100 cals.

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of March 2017. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2017 to be back to below 155.

I stick to a pretty strict schedule with an eight-hour window to eat three meals.

Sometimes I will eat lunch with my DH before goes to work, even though I am not really hungry. It is also easy to reach for something when I am bored.

Since I am no longer working I usually eat when I am hungry. Usually when I was working we had to eat at a certain time, but one place I would forget and ate when I got hungry or when someone told me to go have lunch -- usually around 3:00 p.m. The other time I eat is when I am bored. I would like to stop that because it has been happening a lot lately.

I eat small amounts through the day. I am not always real hungry but it helps keeps me on an even energy level.

Since I'm not on a work schedule I eat when I'm hungry except for day's I have a doctor's appointment

I work 4 hour shifts. I often eat before I go to work because when I should eat is the middle of the shift.

Objects in the mirror will get thinner than they now appear
