I have brain fog a lot. Mostly because I'm always tired. Napping helps. Can't do that at work so I just keep on going.

I have to change what I'm doing. Sometimes I nap other times I log onto my family tree and do mindless clean up of photos, names, and information I've collected.

Jackie I'm a Halloween baby but many years ago.

5'1.5" - I shrunk from 5'4"
Summer: Minesota
Winter: Arizona (as of Dec. '08)

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of March 2017. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2017 to be back to below 155.

Getting out of the house helps...usually I go for a walk by the lake. Journaling helps me refocus.

Since March I've been tweaking my food intake and have found that certain foods give me fog brain and the state of Cali gives me migraines. emoticon

And when I'm stressed I clean.

I have a special home remedy for all things related to tiredness... nap time. If one is insufficient it's okay to take another.

When I'm tired or stressed. If tired only cure is a good nights sleep, if stressed a walk in the woods, but a garden or park will help
