Probably the soups and stir fries that I make. I use what ever is on hand.

For me it's vegetable soup. The ingredients can change depending on the fresh vegetables on special at the grocery store. This method keeps the soup fresh and never boring.
This is one of the few things in my life that I'm flexible doing. emoticon

Either a soup or salad. Today I am thinking salad because it took a long time trying to get it entered in the nutrition tracker. If I make butter chicken it has more because of the spices, though.

I make stir fries and vegetable soup on a regular basis. How many ingredients they have in them depends on what I have to put in them

Yeah, probably soups and stews here too. I guess my breakfast bowls are in the running as well. I can't give you any exact numbers for ingredients because it varies with what I'm in the mood for or what's on hand. A typical breakfast bowl is eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, tomatoes, peppers, onions, spinach, broccoli, garlic, cheese, and lots of spices... so ten ingredients of thereabouts. Probably at least as many for veggie soups and stews.

If DW is doing the cooking, it's even more items, because I swear she has a competition with herself to see if she can dirty more dishes than she did the last time. Of course, I have to wash dishes when she cooks.

For me, I think it's either taco soup, which has a lot of ingredients; corn, three types of beans, chili's, tomatoes, and then all of the spices. Or it would be salad dressing, which I buy dry and mix the olive oil and vinegar.
