I don't drink coffee very often and when I do it is flavored with lots of creamer or milk. Usually I drink tea and it is often herbal. More often It's water that I drink anymore.

I prefer loose leaf earl gray or english breakfast tea to coffee. I tend to drink coffee when I travel because no one can seem to make a decent cup of tea and I don't care how badly they mess up the coffee.

I hate artificial sweeteners. I get headaches from them, too.

Okay I drink black coffee every morning then unsweetened tea most of the rest of the day. I occasionally have a Pepsi.

I also have had migraines since I was about 8 but wasnít diagnosed until my mid 20s. Iím currently 63. I was told it was all in my head. Back in the 60s my migraine relief was aspirin and coke. My friends all thought I was using it to get a high. So funny now.

I know that a Reeseís peanut butter cup and Pepsi help when Iím out and getting a migraine. Of course it has to be a regular Pepsi because all artificial sweeteners are migraine triggers.

So yes, I admit Iím a caffeine addict but I try not to go overboard

Start with small steps and momentum will build. Celebrate moving in the direction of increased happiness now! With a plan and persistence moving towards your goals all things are possible! Adopt an attitude of gratitude. Be thankful for everything you have. It may not be what you want be show you're thankful for it anyway.

A dear sweet Dr, decided that the reason I was having migraines at 6 years old was because my blood pressure was so low and coffee would raise my blood pressure, so at the ripe old age of 6 the dr wrote me a perception for 6 cups of coffee a day. It had to be a perception because the school did not like a 6 year old drinking coffee. We now know, I have low blood pressure, 2 the Dr had cause and effect backwards 3 all he seceded in doing was make me addicted to coffee. I can do with 2 cups now, but have never managed to give it up.

Objects in the mirror will get thinner than they now appear

I enjoy about 3 cups of coffee in the morning when I'm opening my computer for the day and getting first responses out. I don't consider it a caffeine habit. I like the smell of it and the feel of the start of the day with coffee and oatmeal.

I like diet coke or pepsi, but drink it occasionally when we go out or long distance driving. My preference when out is unsweetened tea so assume it has caffeine in it but I drink it for social reasons not for the caffeine.

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of March 2017. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2017 to be back to below 155.

I have always been a heavy coffee drinker. Now I am down to one cup a day. I miss it.

Yep, ever since they said caffeine drinkers live longer. I had another excuse before that, but this one is better. We just put most of our huge coffee cup collection away because we're also hooked on insulated steel cups, mugs, bottles, and tumblers. So, for coffee, I use a twenty-ounce steel tumbler and the Keurig hits it perfectly with two cups in that. I do one cup regular and one cup decaf mixed twice a day and one diet Pepsi a day. Along with the rare piece of dark chocolate, that's about all the caffeine I ever do these days. I can't take too much because it makes me shaky and sets off my irregular heartbeat. It took me years to figure out that one person shouldn't empty a pot of Mr. Coffee and start a second every night at work. Now i do the same with it as everything else...... moderation.

I wouldn't say I'm addicted to caffeine. There have been times that drinking a pop has gotten rid of headaches, but I don't feel the loss of caffeine...when not having any...I feel the loss of the bubbly drink!
I'm not a coffee drinker.
I do chocolate, but don't notice the caffeine in it.

March is National Caffeine Awareness Month. Are you one of the millions of people who are addicted to caffeine? How do you get your caffeine fix?
