I wrote about this on another team.
My heroes have been Helen Keller (though as an adult she developed ideas that I personally do not find admirable), Susanna Wesley and even my own Maw-in-law.

Not sure about spending a day with them (except my mother in law, of course.)
Laura Ingalls Wilder might be a good choice. She's had so many experiences that I'd love to hear her share. And, according to a collection of her writings, she had gained a lot of practical wisdom about household topics and community. Probably one of the better books I've read, actually.

I can't really think of any modern women.

Build up the Culture of Life!
We can change hearts, by bringing up the next generation to embrace Life at an early age.
If only moral people are willing to do that, mass abortion will end.

Maybe Elizabeth Blackwell, the first woman doctor in the U.S. She went through a lot, but persevered to become a doctor. Because of here we can now choose whether we want a woman for a doctor.

Yes, I loved that she spoke her mind and stood up for woman before that was popular. She certainly wasn't "arm candy" to the president but a strong woman with a brilliant mind.

F8CONE8 we seem to have one more common ground. Eleanor Roosevelt was my choice. I greatly admire her because of the many places she went & people she benefitted. She was born before her time.

That's such a hard question to answer. Today I learned about Fortune Taylor she was a freed slave here in Florida she and her husband owned over 30 acres of land where she ran a business there she sold land so a bridge could connect land. I'd like to spend some time with her and learn more about that time.

Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.

March is National Women’s History Month. What woman in history would you like to be able to spend a day with?
