We had some pretty cold temps this year. Lately it has been freezing rain now that the temps are rising. emoticon I'm ready for it to be done!

Ah not really. I'm busy inside with home-educating. Would like to get some walks in, but it's usually drippy or rainy.
Today the kids and the Littles (the ones I babysit) were able to play outside for awhile.
We are enjoying driving with our windows down occasionally.

And we all lived happily ever after...

I haven't really taken advantage of the mild weather since November since back then I got started on doing some crocheting and knitting. Before then I was taking Cassie for walks when I could. Now we are getting more cold and snow, which is rather common around here most years. Mild winter and then get hit with the snow when it starts getting close to and through spring.

Only Dave and Sandy indicates where thhe lives for me to compare temps.

In AZ we never had our usual one or two days of freezing temps from which our yards and heating bills benefited. But, I have a bunch of sweaters that I had in MN and I brought to AZ and never had a chance to wear them.

I do not miss the cold and inconvenience of winter at all!

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of March 2017. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2017 to be back to below 155.

We had a couple of weeks of cold weather where we needed to put heat on now we are back with A/C on. I enjoyed the weather we had where I didn't need to use heat or the A/C

Ditto. It's about par for the course so far. It's not so cold right now, but that's normal for a January or February thaw and we often get nailed with big March storms, so it's too soon to render a verdict. Maybe less than normal snow, but we sure have had our share of cold this year.

For the most part our winter has been milder as far a snow fall but the temperature has been like a roller coaster.

Our winter wasn't that mild and my electric bill is proof of it. emoticon I about had a heart attack when I saw it. I have gone around the house unplugging stuff and we have not turned our heater back on. We're expecting another cold spell, but not in the single digits.
Even my son is looking forward to warmer weather.

Have you been taking advantage of the milder winter we’ve been having, or do you miss having a ‘real winter’?
