We've never experienced a summer in AZ but think this year will be different because we sold out MN summer cabin last fall. I do not think I'll like summer outdoors here but the other 3 seasons I already love.

Jackie I'm a Halloween baby but many years ago.

Summer: Minesota
Winter: Arizona (as of Dec. '08)

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of March 2017. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2017 to be back to below 155.

Definitely winter! It can be hard to get moving when it is cold out.

I think I'm pretty good all year, but that probably would change if I didn't have access to my internet videos and such. I like to be entertained while working out.
I don't do very well if the weather is so hot I can't breathe.
But mainly my workouts are indoors, even my swimming.

Since 3 of our seasons are summer there isn't a whole lot of difference. The middle summer, June July and August are the hardest, to be outside during the day,

The weather here, along with our neighborhood, have made me mostly an indoor person. In the fall we do get pleasant, dry weather and I spend a lot of time raking leaves and cleaning up the yard. Otherwise I stick with my exercise bike and videos, regardless of the season.

All of them if I get my mindset right, summer throws my exercise routine off with yardwork and golfing. I love fall and spring outdoor weather to walk in but a brisk walk on a warmer winter day is invigorating.

Fall and Spring are the best for getting outside and walking, biking, and hiking. I don't really let any of them stop me anymore as far as exercise goes. Between videos and a small exercise room, I keep going no matter the weather. I'm easier on myself than many here seem to be. I'm just doing it to stay fit and not training for a career in sports or anything, so if I get a half hour in I'm happy and most days the total is closer to an hour anymore. That's more than enough to keep me fit and not gaining weight.

Winter is usually my stopper. I like fall and late spring (after the snows stop here, so late May, June) and early summer to get outside with Cassie and get some things done out there which help with my exercise.

I like summer, but then I'm not outside much any season. I have a treadmill in my den.

my body isn't obeying in any season. However, spring time means spring cleaning, inside and out. Summer means LOTS of outdoor yard work. Fall, also, loads of outdoor yard work and winter is lower maintenance for the house and land. This winter I have been going through spurts of spring cleaning though.I'm ready for some sunshine though. I need some natural vitamin D. How do northerners do it?
