My two cents today is that HEY! I haven't been off track for more than a couple of years now. Woohoo!

And we all lived happily ever after...

Life.
It's Worth Living.
It's Worth Giving.
Choose Life.

Build up the Culture of Life!
We can change hearts, by bringing up the next generation to embrace Life at an early age.
If only moral people are willing to do that, mass abortion will end.

The first step is the hardest when it comes to starting over. Self talk helps a lot but sometimes the procrastinator wins....like today. Try again tomorrow, emoticon

Just a few minutes of trying on my clothes gives me incentive for a few days. Now I have to learn to keep that incentive going...

Jackie I'm a Halloween baby but many years ago.

5'1.5" - I shrunk from 5'4"
Summer: Minesota
Winter: Arizona (as of Dec. '08)

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of March 2017. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2017 to be back to below 155.

Once I stall, I pretty much have to wait for a kick in the butt. Sad to say that it's usually in the form of more bad news. The last time took an a1c of over 13 to spur me into action. Hoping I keep the wind in my sails this time.

Exercise is really the only thing I have a hard time getting back on track for. Any time I start in my Hubby needs something. He is recovering from cancer so I have a hard time saying "just give me a few minutes more." I did just get finished with 20 minutes of a beginning weight routine. It's one day. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

If it is on my diet and exercise I have a hard time getting back on it. My other projects are easy I just get moving on them.

Most of us get off track at some time or another. When you get derailed, how do you get back on track?
