Yes, I use both. I use to hate logging the food, but the BETTER I ate, the more fun it became.
I also find it very interesting to log my exercise since I made the two trackers communicate with one another. Now when I swim for an hour or so, the fitness tracker tells my FOOD tracker, and my FOOD tracker expands so I have room to eat more.

It would help very much if we just took some time to log foods into 'My Favorites' or , the foods that you eat together as a meal, you can load into 'Groups'. That makes it entirely easier.

Also, take some time to log in your own special recipes. Yes, it takes some time, but if you're going to eat home made meals, it's totally worth it. And you never have to do it again!

I use both the trackers. Actually the nutrition tracker is the reason I started using sparkpeople. I was going to Weight Watchers and I wanted to track my nutrients which wasn't possible with WW. As they say the rest is history. I'm so glad in 2012 I did a google search and found this community emoticon emoticon emoticon .

I don't use it. When I first started ths journey, before SP, The Dr told me not to use the trackers, since I didn't follow a recipe and never made the something the same way twice. He said this lifestyle change must never be made a chore and having to put all that info in the computer for every meal would fast become a chore. I have a time or two to see how my calorie count compared to SP, or to check to see info was getting enough of something. I do record everything with pencil and paper. I find that the thought of having to write it down is often enough to d=stop me from eating it.

Every day. They are the only thing I can depend on to work all of the time. Anything else I've ever tried worked for a while or every now and then. As long as I use the trackers, they work.

I get in spurts using them. It just depends on how I am feeling at the time. I have felt that the trackers aren't working so great for me the last several times I have used them since I couldn't lose weight no matter what I ate or how much exercise I did.

I do use the activity tracker but not the food tracker. I found it was easier for me to track my food using a log I got from a pre-diabetes group I was in.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Sometimes real life just gets in the way of having the time. When I have used them consistently it didn't seem to affect my weight loss success or failure, so it doesn't seem to be a priority.

I do use the activity tracker every day. I'm not as good with the nutrition tracker. I need to get back to it.
