I wish I could go bowling now. I got a new bag and shoes when I was on a league a few years ago. I would probably fall down trying to throw the ball now like I did after not bowling for a number of years before.

Oh BOWLING!
My cousin and I would go bowling often during the summer months. We were just teens. It was fun going off by ourselves to the bowling alley, getting cheap toys from the vending machines and ordering pizza and pop from the kitchenette. Great memories!

I didn't think of outdoor games. Other kids never wanted me to be in their games, but my Dad would pitch for me for softball and we played badminton, I played basketball by myself and we went bowling.

I agree that Monopoly should be called Monotonous.

Yes, Crazy Eight....the early version of Uno.

Old Maid.

How about Golf? Very tense, lol

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the card game called Speed.

This weekend my 22 yr old daughter is teaching the younger kids how to play Euchre...keeping the family tradition alive! I can't play that game for the life of me, so I'm glad SHE'S doing the teaching.

It's OK to be stronger! I have 4 brothers and me. 3 older and 1 younger. Maybe that is why I have some grit.

Speaking of the playground, my older brother would have me put my finger on the tip of the football and hold it upright while he kicked it. emoticon Good memories.

RMUL2013 ah yes, when playgrounds were awesome! lol I loved the monkey bars and the merry go round. I was usually the one that pushed and jumped on, because I was stronger than my friends; even the boys. LOL

I was not sure about the outside games and activities but we did relay races, bike riding, skating, climbing the orange tree and eating fresh picked oranges, dodge ball, monkey bars, swings and see-saws.

Tag - Jump rope - Red Rover - Mother May I - Simon Says - Old Maid - Rmmy - Crazy Eight - Monopoly with my grandmother [she called it Monotonous]. I don't know that they would be considered games but I loved my roller skates & later my bike.
